Pre-Filled Forms - Referral Intake and Consents

Winnolas saves office staff and clinicians in the field time and increases efficiency by pre-filling the demographics and other required information in the Referral Intake and Consent forms. In addition, the patient can sign the forms at point-of-care electronically using a smartphone or tablet for immediate availability in the system.

Patient Referral Intake and Tracking

Winnolas provides a PENDING REFERRALS page with the ability to perform an immediate eligibility check which is used to start the referral tracking process. The page displays the status of all referrals including Referral Source, MBI, Part A, Part B, HMO, MSP, other HHA, Hospice, and Consent. At the PENDING REFFERALS page, in addition to the Eligibility Lookup, staff can Create Referral Intake, Edit the Pending Admit form, and choose to Admit or Non-Admit the referral. Winnolas makes it easy to keep track of all referrals and referral sources to ensure a smooth transition to admitting the patient and providing care.

Schedule and Track all Visits

Winnolas provides a calendar view to facilitate scheduling of the clinicians to patients with the capability of automatically scheduling recurring visits based on the plan-of-care. Tracking visit progress appears on each patient’s Activities Page and a complete view of all visits by Patient, Clinician, Visit Type, Day Range, Visit Status and Date Range.

Scheduling Alerts

Winnolas provides a dashlet, Scheduled Visits, that shows the number of scheduled visits. Clicking the Scheduled Visits dashlet displays the Scheduled Visits Page which lists all of the scheduled visits with a column designated to show the status of the visit. The color “Red” is used to easily Alert the user that action is required for this visit.
